Art House 7 is hosting events for teams and clubs — a terrific way to explore something fun and new while building connections. We provide 2-hour studio sessions starting at $350 for 10 guests 5 years and up. Each additional guest is $25. See our Team and Club Events form for more information and to sign up.

Private Event Refund Policy
Reservations are required with a $75 deposit. Refunds of deposits will be paid only for cancellations and/or rescheduled/postponed parties made at least 14 days prior to the party date. Deposits for other cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Painting (see more painting themes on request form)
A painting party is always a fun set-up with the tables lined with table easels. Most projects are done with acrylic paint on canvas unless stated otherwise. The kids will take inspiration from the chosen project and learn how to make their visions come to life!
Wire Sculpture
In the wire sculpture project, kids will use American sculptor Alexander Calder’s “Finny Fish” as a reference to create a wire fish mobile. After designing their fish and shaping the wire, they will decorate their creation with glass beads.
Jewelry
Kids will hand-make beads by rolling strips of paper around a wooden dowel and securing them with glue. They will then put a protective gloss coat of Mod Podge on the beads. At the same time, they will take turns hammering unique metal charms. Toward the end of the event, the kids will create necklaces and bracelets with their custom beads and charms.
Polymer Clay Charms
In this project, kids will make small charms that can be added to necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and keychains. Polymer clay is oven-bake clay and can be baked in as few as 15 minutes. After the charms are created, the kids will seal their creations with a protective gloss coat of Mod Podge and add them to their jewelry of choice.
Suminagashi
Suminagashi, meaning “floating ink,” is the ancient art of Japanese water marbling. You have a brush in each hand. One hand is dipping ink into the water-filled tray, and the other hand is creating designs in the water with a brush. It is a very relaxing art form with beautiful results.
Needle-Felting
To start the needle felting project, everyone is given fluffy unspun wool. Then, using a felting needle, they will sculpt the wool into whatever form they choose. A felting needle is a very sharp needle with barbs on the end. The barbs make the wool catch on itself which in turn binds the wool. Students can create something free-form or use a cookie cutter as a guide.
