Corporate Fun Days
Art House 7 is hosting events for private and corporate companies — a terrific way for co-workers to explore something fun while building connections. We provide 2-hour studio sessions starting at $350 for 10 adult guests. Each additional guest is $25. See our Private and Corporate Events form for more information and to sign up.

Private Event Refund Policy
Reservations are required with a $75 deposit. Refunds of deposits will be paid only for cancellations and/or rescheduled/postponed parties made at least 14 days prior to the party date. Deposits for other cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Painting (see more painting themes on request form)
A painting party is always a fun set-up with the tables lined with table easels. Most projects are done with acrylic paint on canvas unless stated otherwise. Everyone will take inspiration from the chosen project and learn how to make their visions come to life!
Wire Sculpture
In the wire sculpture project, students will use American sculptor Alexander Calder’s “Finny Fish” as a reference to create a wire fish mobile. After designing their fish and shaping the wire, they will decorate their creation with glass beads.
Crochet
Come learn the essentials of crocheting or come build on what you already know! In this project, students will learn how to read a pattern, learn a variety of stitches, and turn these skills into a finished project. It is a fun and relaxing craft you can do almost anywhere.
Suminagashi
Suminagashi, meaning “floating ink,” is the ancient art of Japanese water marbling. You have a brush in each hand. One hand is dipping ink into the water-filled tray, and the other hand is creating designs in the water with a brush. It is a very relaxing art form with beautiful results.
Printmaking
To begin the printmaking project, students will create their own unique designs. Then, using a sharp carving tool, they will carve their designs into a soft rubber linoleum plate. To finish the project, students will apply ink to their carved plates and press paper on top to reveal the design.
Needle-Felting
To start the needle felting project, everyone is given fluffy unspun wool. Then, using a felting needle, they will sculpt the wool into whatever form they choose. A felting needle is a very sharp needle with barbs on the end. The barbs make the wool catch on itself which in turn binds the wool. Students can create something free-form or use a cookie cutter as a guide.
