Private Events Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
Art House 7 provides 2-hour birthday parties and private events starting at $350 for 10 guests, which includes a $35 non-refundable scheduling fee. Each additional guest is $25, with a total maximum of 18 guests.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to our staff and other clients. Please review our policies below.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your scheduled birthday party or private event at our art studio:
- More than 21 days before the event: Full refund minus the $35 scheduling fee, or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
- 7 to 20 days before the event: 50% refund or the option to reschedule with a $50 rescheduling fee.
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be issued, but we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule with a $75 rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling Policy:
- If you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to find a new date that works for you. Rescheduling fees apply as noted above.
- Rescheduled parties must take place within 60 days of the original event.
No-Show Policy:
- If you do not arrive for your scheduled party without prior notice, no refund or reschedule will be available.
