Registration, Cancellation, Snow Policies

Registration

To reserve a space in a class, students must fill out our registration form and pay the full class fee. To reserve a private party, students must pay a $50 deposit.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • If a student joins a class after the session has begun: Art House 7 will pro-rate the cost of the class.
  • If a student wants to drop a class: After the first class, a refund for the remainder of classes will be given.
  • After the second class, a 50 percent refund will be given.
  • After the third class, no refund or credit is given for the class.
  • If a child misses a class, he or she can come to a different class in the session to make it up. No refund will be given.
  • If a child does not show up at all and has paid for the class, all but the $25 deposit will be returned.

Snow Policy

Art House 7 follows Arlington County Public School snow cancellations. All classes cancelled because of snow will be made up at the end of the session. No refunds will be given for snow days.
